Suzuki causes blacklisting

I traded a Hyundai I20 on a Suzuki Jimny at Suzuki Montana.

They have not settled the finance house for the vehicle I traded in, and this has now led to me
as the unsuspecting customer to be blacklisted by the finance house.

How do I address this???

Very POOR SERVICE!!!
