20 Min to fill up???

Got up early for collage at 4:30 Tuesday morning, my friend and I left my house at 05:10, we had to fill up on petrol. So Sasol Noordheuwel was the closest. We arrived at 05:15, we waited 5 minutes before ANYONE helped us! There was 3 cars including us! So my question is? Where was the staff? I then realized, there was only two on the job, or that we could see, if there was other staff, I wouldn't know, or if they were there, I wouldn't know. So they guy came to us to fill the car with R200, and walked away, I was off on a new level, as it was already 05:25 as the R200 was filled up for. Then, he came back 3 minutes later, gave the keys and fetched the card machine, which took him ANOTHER 2 minutes. He came back with the card machine, did the transaction, and GUESS what??? It took him 5 minutes to get the slip from the machine, which I didn't sign, because it already was 05:40, he did'n even wear a name tag, so I can't give the name. We left then! We were late for class, as it took us 20 minutes longer on the High Way! This is pathetic, it wasn't busy at all and it took 20 minutes to gas up with R200??? AVOID THIS GARAGE AT ALL COST!
