TC Panelbeaters delivers!

Someone bashed into my car on 7 July and my car was taken to TC Panelbeaters for repair. My main contact was Lindi, who has a very friendly disposition. She ran to the workshop and kept me informed on a regular basis as to what the status was on my car - I really valued her assistance. However, I was irritated and frustrated when I eventually collected my car on 12th August. Harriet, at the front desk, was extremely helpful when I queried the paintwork pealing off on the right rear door. She reassured me and located James, who readily agreed to collect my car on 5 September to respray it! Next I discovered that my battery was not the original one fitted - so I went back on 14th August. The Manager, Deon Solomon, listened to my explanation and noted my receipt for my relatively new battery. He reviewed photos with me and although he acknowledged the receipt, felt it could not have been swapped at TC Panelbeaters. He then did an amazing thing. He fitted a new sealed battery with a warranty! How customer centric is that? I reckon my experience demonstrates great service by a great Team! Thank you!
