Hi I have bought ferodo brakepads for my mercedes which cost R950.00 and it did not even last a year I contacted ferodo where they send out a technician Bertie which was very friendly and transparen. He investigated what the cause was and when he identified the problem gave me advise and to to the courtesy of ferodo replaced my brakepads free of charge and problem was with my discs on the car, thanks ferodo u have made my month with this kind of service to your customers.
