Bad Service!!

I moved furniture from Pretoria to Durban and got a reasonable quote from VIP movers.

I paid my deposit on the 9th of July and the date for the move was confirmed for the 3rd of August. I proceeded to pay the full quoted amount as they insisted that this be done before any furniture be picked up or delivered.
When I phoned on the 31st of July to confirm what time they will be at my house I was informed that they do not pick up furniture on Saturdays... and they will pick it up on Friday 2 August. I am in my notice month at work and had to take leave for the move as they refused to pick up on Saturday as confirmed.
Then they told me they will pick it up at 9:00 in the morning only to arrive at 14h00...

the next day I was informed I had to pay R1000 extra before they will deliver my furniture as they loaded 4 boxes 1 chair and 3 golf clubs extra... on the inventory they put a 2 seater couch extra which I did not notice on the signing of the inventory and they simply stated that it was my problem as I signed it.

I would not recommend this company to anyone as they are totally unprofessional in dealing with customers even though they are at fault.
