1 year old car breaking down 3 times in one yea

I purchased a Hyundai last year July and during the last year the car wouldn't start whereby this morning when I started the car to get to work again the car wouldn't start. I called the Hyundai assist and they came to help but obviously could not get the car going. They told me to call the customer service centre, now I ask, can Hyundai assist ask me to call Hyundai Customer care!!!
After much debate the customer centre called me back and arranged for the car to be taken to one of the workshops. I called more the 10 times to advise that I am stranded and needed to get to work and no one called me back. I hear of all sorts of problems from telephone lines not working to dealer principle that cannot be reached and... and!!!
1. I lost out on income for today.
2. I am still stranded with no one calling me back.
3. I spend endless amounts of money on air time to call them and have to deal with a switchboard operator, (Cathy) who doesn't even have a pen to take down my number for someone to call me.!!

My solution, take your problem-some car and give back my money!! Before I bought this car, I had a 14 year old golf that never left me stranded and I never had to deal with th
