Sold Ducati. Never received money. Cash flow prob

I have ordered a new 1100. Ducati fetch my 796 Monster to use as trade in on new 1100. This was February month. On the 2nd of July they sold my bike to another customer. They still haven't supplied me with 1100. Al the excuses in the book. Then I get feedback that Sandton didn't pay Italy for the bike and they won't release it. Then I said I want my money for the bike because they can't deliver. After a month I still haven't received my money from them. They ignore lawyers letters. Busy opening a criminal case against Ducati Sandton. They said they have a cash flow problem. And they used my money. Make all the promises. Don't deliver. Can't believe that a Ducati dealership can do this. Hope that the right people see this. Won't stop
Until I get my money. Will never ever buy from then again. This is the 2nd Ducati dealership that disappoints me.
I hope the big boys think twice before they let anyone sell Ducati and throw away the brand name like this.
