X5 Repairs BMW

Cars & Transport

I write to Hello Peter with great disappointment from so called BIG BRAND BMW. I want to highlights these facts before elaborating on my disappointment:
o My X5 was in for repairs in May 2013 and the repairs cost me R35 540.66 Which I paid in cash
o The current quotation is R29 329.40 dated 05/07/2013, which I already paid deposit of R15 000.
My diff did fail and I towed the car to BMW Secunda. I was told they will have to order the part from Germany and it will take it will take three weeks to be delivered to South Africa. We agreed on those terms and it was ok with me because it was almost school holidays.
On the 31 July 2013 I was told this was a back order on Germany's side and no one can tell me exactly when the parts will delivered in South Africa. I was shocked and disappointed at the same time.
I have only two cars and the other one my wife used it to take the Kids to School and for her to go to work.
I raised my concerned with Secunda BMW and I was referred to BMW South Africa. I did spoke to Zizo 31 July 2013 who promised to come back to me by Friday and she did come back to me as promised. I did spoke to her Boss Felicia what an incompetent peoples I had to deal
