Car under warantee

I have send my car to VW Menlyn for a braking problem. It was not sorted out and this will be the th time it will go back. I had to drive on the highway without brakes and I feel that is very dangerous. Their service is not very professional or friendly. The first time they forgot to take me to work after I arranged this. The second time they forgot to collect me as arranged. VW Menlyn told me that the hubs and discs were faulty and they replaced it after taking it to them numerous times. I will be without a vehicle again. I feel to pay so much money on a car and not have the pleasure of driving it in a safe condition is unacceptable
