Car scratched after wash

Firstly let me say that this is not the first time that i have received bad service from Volvo Bryanston. I booked my car in to have a new oil filter fitted, as the existing oil filter was leaking. While booking in my car i made it very clear that i did not want my car to be washed by the dealer. When i got my car back i noticed that my car was indeed washed... and scratched!!! :( i will now begin the fight to try and prove that the scratch was not there before the wash. Please save yourself the trouble and don't take your car to this dealership!!! you have been warned.
