Without my Ssangyong Korando since August 10 2012

Cars & Transport

I purchased the vehicle from Centurion Multifranchise a year ago, which is still under warranty.

"This vehicle was sold to you by the previous distributor AMH.
The vehicle sold to you is an Euro IV compliant vehicle which is equipped with an CDPF.
We have explained to you in the past the CDPF is not a warrantable item, the term 'FILTER' itself indicates it is a serviceable item. Therefore the repair on this vehicle cannot be covered under warranty."

Suffice to say, I agreed to pay for this " Filter". In changing the Filter in April/May this year, it was found that this was not the problem. I proved the fuel used. Then fuel injectors were changed, and the "computer" was changed. I still don't have the vehicle since August 2012 as a decision between Korea and Mahindra SA is not coming forth as the engine is the next step to be change. The vehicle warranty, about to expire next month. I have to make all the calls to get responses. I even have a lawyer on this case. Is there a way I can get things moving as I do not have a vehicle since August 2012, always having to borrow and taking a train to get to work. I even asked for a courtesy vehicle, but this falls on deaf ears.
