Bad Service

My Audi was booked in for repairs on Thursday at Bruma Audi, I was assured that i would get feedback on whats wrong with vehicle.
Thursday afternoon i got call to say they have not started with my car so n feedback. Today in morning they still have not started with car, reason been given is they need need tools which are been used on another vehicle. Now i must wait till Monday that's when i will get feedback on whats wrong with vehicle. When i asked about courtesy car was told there is a three weeks waiting period- which unbelievable.
I doubt that car was looked at rather let to stand there, how i get around its none of their concern. I have heard about poor service from Audi and i didn't believe it till now. I regret even buying the car in first place..
