I have called everyday this week to track my parcel coming from Cape Town. The company sending it had given the wrong address. Therefore I've been phoning on a daily basis to update my details. Everyday i call to track they give me the wrong address. I was told on Tuesday that my parcel will be delivered to the correct address on Wednesday. No parcel arrived, when i called to follow up i was told that its still in PTA and someone will call me. Still no call. Ive even spoken to a manager this morning and i still have had no response. USELESS and INCOMPETENT people that dont care.
