Really bad service

If you ever go to the glen volkswagen rather let andrew wong help you then the other people, it takes them forever to get back to you, you have to phone them and every time he tells you to phone someone else. It was a cash deal and we wanted a new vw but every time he tells us something else and it takes forever, and it looks to us when they have to give you money back on the deal they trying to rub other of you so they dont have to give you the money... Unfurtuntly adrew was on leave so we had to do the transaction with this gladwyn paul, in the future we will rather wait for andrew to get back then do any busness with someone else there.. Andrew is defnitly one great and good sales person then any other person there at vw..
