Audi South Africa
Vorsprung Durg Technik... hahahaha... what a joke

Cars & Transport

I purchased an Audi A3 in August 2010. Since then the car has been in for repairs for the same problem which has been referred to the engineers in Germany twice as the local Audi mechanics where unable to find the cause. They have replaced the turbo twice and it looks like its going to be a third. All within the space of three years. Vorsprung Durg Technik... what a joke. Ever since I have this car It feels like I have taken 3 steps back in terms of driving pleasure and financially! Why the am I still paying for a car that has malfunctioned from the day it was purchased and seemingly cant be fixed. It's truly is pathetic how multinationals talk the talk n can't walk the walk! Does Audi even know what true sustainability is? Do the words Triple Bottom Line mean anything to the company? Where is the innovation u speak of? What pleasurable experience have you created? And really now... it's a joke to even think that there Audi has taken any responsibility... unless selling malfunctional vehicles is part of "creating" audi, there needs to be some serious changes to that mission statement. Is it fair that I have a vehicle that can't be fixed and malfunctioned from brand new?
