Will never deal with Duran tyre's again

I asked for two similar tyres and a mag repair or change, which they guys where happy to arrange and stated i would get it the same day, with balancing and change etc.

I got two different tyres which i didn't ask for, the balancing wasn't done correctly or not done at all. Started getting a wired noise coming from the car as i drive over 60 Kph and this weekend, will be the sixth time I got there to hopefully rectify this. If this isn't sorted out will escalate it further, till i get the service i asked and had agreed on
