Received no response from Mervyn

I was in a car accident on 9 June 2013 with my Geely LC and my airbags didnt deploy, the following day (10 June) I contacted Geely SA and spoke to Mervyn who said he will send a agent to the car to investigate. I've phoned them several times and Mervyn was never at his desk and apparently no one else could assist me, and I sent an email to the customer care on Wednesday 12 June and John said that Mervyn will come back to me, To this day on 18 June not one person from Geely has bothered to give me an answer. The car is now written off, how must I get another Geely knowing that this is the service I am going to receive?
