I think that the branch in Middelburg is one of the worst Renault dealers. I drive my first Renault but believe me it is also my last. Can't wait to get rid of it. Now all of a sudden you have to pay 100% for parts that they never have in stock (brake pads). No wonder everyone told me not to take my vehicle to M/Burg branch. Please do not phone me as I don't want anything to do with this branch. But thanks Hilda for your help.
