Vehicle breaks after 10 day of usage

Having purchased a use porsche 911 carerra 4, in april of 2013, from aksons inspecta car in pmb, i expected the vehicle to have been through a thorough examination. iwas wrong on its first long distnce journey from durban to pmb the engine shut down, and the vehicle was transported to the porsche dealership in umhlanga who submitted a report stating the vehicle had been grossly neglected prior to my usage, i approached the dealership on numerous occasions to try to settle the matter, and had recieved no response via email, and minimal assistance when seen personally. the entire engine requires replacement, at a cost of R200000, 00 and the dealer is not willing to compromise in any way. i believe this a a gross violation of the consumer protection act, and i am now paying installments on a vehicle thats been sitting at porsches workshop for 4 months now...
