DO NOT BUY A BIG BOY SCOOTER!!!

Where do i begin?? Bought a Big Boy Powerflite 300 scooter 2nd hand from a family friend with only 800km on the clock & about 10 months old. The first & ever persistent problem is overheating - each and everyday you have to fill it with water & if you drive more that 30km/day fill it again and it still overheats constantly! The the valves needs to adjusted every 4km otherwise the bike either sounds like a tractor or does not go over 70kmh. Then when the bike overheats and the cooling fan kicks in the HOOTER does not work! Then water suddenly just gusts out from the bottom of the bike sporadically! But I've saved the best for last - you will one day trot along & a fellow road user will politely point out that your scooter in spewing out PETROL below the bike, needless to say with 20cm form a very hot exhaust! So i can proudly say i own a overheating PETROL bomb and if you want one please visit your nearest dealer! O yes and do not bother contacting BBS as you will be ignored or brushed off as a /overreacting - but be sure the new year will bring complaints from me to ALL legal entities regarding consumer relations & protection of our rights!
