Today i came across the worst form of inconvinience.
My First time experience with this service provider was way on point and i was happy.

So now thta i thought i had a permanet service provide... i am utterly disgusted. Typical black on black inconvinience.

I booked a vehicle for hire with First car towards the end of June and that process went flawless.
I needed to hire out a vehicle again so i called them and made a booking i mean afterall i had already received great service before.

After walking 30 minutes from my work place to the outlet, Frank blatantly refuses to service me. Reasons cited may be valid however i beieve they should have communicated this before.

Because my driver's License is not yet 2 years old (2 months before its 2) apparently i do not qualify.

Now i ask:
1. Why was this not noted in my First rental? This has then created an expectation that i can rent a car from them and they are now failing to meet that expectation...
2. Why was this not addressed to me when i have been engaged with Him (Frank) over 3 times in arranging for this rental, surely they have my records on the system.
