POOR SERVICE

I'm currently doing a correspondence course through UNISA, my study materials still didn't arrive as it is long overdue for delivery. I phoned SKYNET EXPRESS and they told me my delivery will be with me shortly. I phoned again yesterday and some agent told me that my parcel is in Elandsfontein and he don't know why and gave me the manager Leon's contact (he's phoned is off all the time) My assignments is due shortly and I am very dissapointed with the courier service.
