Advance Transport couldn't be less interested

I was appalled at the service from this company. The person I was dealing with - Charlotte Kilian - sent me one single email and then left it to the company who was subtracted to do the shipment that was coming in from Europe to KZN, via Cape Town, to deal with the rest. She did not even check the details and therefore the subcontracting company had the wrong details. She was unhelpful, rude and did not follow up until I had gone to considerable length to find out what was happening with my shipment. I paid a lot of money for this service yet I was treated with severe disregard by ADVANCE TRANSPORT - WORLDWIDE REMOVALS.
I would expect more for having paid so much for such a service.
