I Visited the Freeway Toyota in Ormonde yesterday at 14h00, to purchase and replace my headlamp bulb. The person sitting at the Spare Parts carried on working on his PC. He answered the phone several times, I waited for 20min not knowing if I was going to receive any help. I am totally disgusted at the Service. It is a disgrace to the BRAND
