In
February my wife rented a car on line from Car Trawler. The booked
dates was from 26/03 t0 31/03 /2013.We were to fetch the car at 20h30
from Cape Town international on the 26th. Their confirmation of booking
made us aware that the dates has been changed to 18/02 to 04/03 We
immediately responded by querrying the dates. They then told us not to
pannic as the matter would be resolved. We then decided to cancel the
deal and was promised to reverse the R3000 that was already paid to
their account. After 48hrs i was informed by Sophy that we have
forfeited the paid amount. Me and my wife have lost hope about this
daylight and have fought to recover the money. We therefore seek
professional help. Attached please find the document from Car Trawle
