Still awaiting refund after 17days

We have compleated the form supplied and faxed it through to dhl as indicated on form.
After 11days of not receiving any refunds i contacted Nosicelo Manentsa again in connection with this refund and still havend heard anything yet.
Letter faxed on the 4th and mail send on the 15th.
No comunication and no refund
