On Monday night the 8th of July 2013 I was smashed and grabbed. On the 9th of July 2013 I went to Barloworld Centurion where I bought my car 3 months ago and I asked them to assist me because this is the first that something like this has happened to me.

The staff at the Centurion branch is useless. They couldn't assist me they actually just ignored me. I asked where the nearest PG glass is but they just kept staring at me like I was a fool.

The guy who was in charge of my deal when I bought the car, Nelis, didn't even finish the deal, He just left for Cape Town. 2 Weeks after the deal went through the branch still contacted me trying to obtain details for the deal, I didn't even know that Nelis left without finishing the deal.

This is totally unacceptable. To get back to the smash and grab - when I bought the car Nelis confirmed to me that my windows was smash and garb proof. So please explain to me how the could this have happened to me??? Why do I pay for smash and grab proof windows when it doesn't even work?

I will never refer Barloworld Motor Retail to anyone...
