What is written is based on a series of events I experienced at CMH Fiat Westrand when trying to get a major service done for my Alfa 156. To say the service has been appalling is an understatement. Every interaction with the dealership was unprofessional and nothing was delivered according to what weren't unreasonable expectations. The lack of respect show to my own time was also unacceptable.

Some of the challenges experienced:
- The quote is written in such way that you cannot determine what a work item costs (i.e. no logically link between the job, parts and labour)
- Not running the diagnostic tool initially
- Visiting the branch three times to pickup my car and it was not ready (including phoning before hand to confirm that the car was ready)
- I sat waiting at the branch on the Monday morning for 2 hours only for the car to have the same fault reported (the car was promised to be ready the previous Friday)
- No feedback provided on the status of the car
- Very poor attitude from the service manager and team (no ownership of the problems, no feedback, terrible attitude in responding)
- No assistance provided for trade-in assessment
- List goes on
