Fiat Repair - 6 days and no response

My Fiat Stilo would not start so was towed to this service centre on Thursday 29th August. I was not notified that they received the car and in fact have received no communication from them whatsoever. I've done all the chasing! The following morning, Friday, I phoned to confirm that they had received the vehicle... Surely they should notify me? Following no further response, I visited the branch on Friday afternoon and was informed by Johann that they had not had time to look at it and would do it by Monday. Following no telephone update on Monday, I again went into the branch on Monday afternoon, to be told that they still hadn't had a chance to look at it. I was assured that they would look at it later that afternoon or early Tuesday morning and that they would get back to me ASAP. Yesterday, (day 5!) I called and hung on for 20 minutes to get no response. I then phoned Super Group Head Office and was eventually cut off. Then I phoned Fiat Head Office to be told they would follow up and get back to me. 24 hours later and I have heard from no-one. I'm wondering if I am hallucinating that I own a car... I am very unhappy about the level of service and I'm stuck without my car!
