ON THE 01 JULY 2013 I TOOK MY HUSBAND'S VEHICLE FOR THE 90 000KMS SERVICE. UPON MY ARRIVAL AT 07H15 NO-ONE KNEW WHY THE VEHCILE WAS THERE OR WHAT REASONS IN SPITE OF ME MAKING THE BOOKING THE PREVIOUS WEEK AND PAYING FOR IT!!! THE DETAILS OF OWNER HAS NOT BEEN CHANGED DESPITE MY PLEAS FOR THE PAST5 YEARS!!!

AFTER 45 MINS THE VEHICLE WAS EVENTUALLY BOOKED IN FOR SERVICE AND REQUESTED THAT GREYLING VENTER WORK ON THE VEHICLE - IF THIS HAPPENED I WILL BE VERY SURPRISED AS THEY COULD NOT EVEN GET THE DETAILS OF THE VEHICLE CORRECT!!

TOYOTA JUST AN OPINION IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE WORK ON YOUR STAFF DON'T BUY NEW BUILDINGS!!!
