Dont know what to do!!!

Long story short, the person that is handeling our case sent a email to me & the company we fighting against, that the company must submit the job cards within 5-7 working days otherwise MIO will have to make a final decision!!! At the end of this month it will be a year that we have not heard anything. So many calls (at our expense) & emails, still have not heard anything.

Isnt the MIO suppose to be for the people?
