I recently purchased a Golf GTi from Mc Carthy VW in Durban. I was called to say my new car was at the branch but the sales person who had sold me the car was on leave. I really wanted to take delivery on Friday due to certain health reasons - I have chemotherapy coming up on Thursday this week and really wanted to enjoy my car for as long as possible before my treatment. Mr Bluett Roberson, who is the assistant to the sales person, assisted me and went out of his way to get the car ready in record time! He seriously went the extra mile and with such a wonderful attitude. I got my car and have driven and enjoyed it - like a kid again - all weekend. It has lifted my spirits unbelievably which means a lot to me with the tough journey I have ahead of me.

I really want Bluett to be commended on his fantastic service. He is an asset to his organisation and will go far in his career - I have no doubt.
