I had problems with my car battery on Sunday, 30 December.

Because I am an AA member I phoned for assistance and received excellent assistance
from the AA. The call centre was very efficient - all the details were taken down and I was advised
that a technician would be sent out to me. The technician that was sent out was very friendly and
understanding and helpful. Two hours after my initial call the the call centre I was on the road again
with a new battery in my car.
