BE WARNED!!! I wish I had researched this company before signing up. It was a living a nightmare.

Tom O'Boyle (The Owner) is very charming in person and promises loads of help and advice.

Tom did a physical inspection of the furniture and plants to be moved and quoted us R 30 415.20, which we paid.

On the day of collecting, the truck was half full with someone else's goods and I could not get Hold of Tom.

I paid for a full load.

They left with half of our goods and promised to be back the next day to collect. They asked us to be at the house at 8am to collect and eventually arrived at 8 pm.

After loading the second batch, they then demanded another R 5551.32 before they would deliver.

We had no choice but to pay - We were held at ransom.

Half of the items were delivered in a week and I had to arrange my own staff to unpack the truck.

The other half including my now dying cycads arrived two weeks later and again I had to unpack the truck myself.

Tom tries to play mental games with his clients.
