Poorly repaired car soled and not disclosed

We bought an Audi Q5 2009 from Umhlanga Suzuki las month, the registration documents are still not yet done as they have so many stories every time we call them.

The real problem started when I took the car for scheduled inspection to Audi approved repair workshop only to figure out the car has been repaired very poorly, there are cracks and paint all over. The Audi workshop confirmed that the repair job done on the car is not only poor but terrible and not as per Audi standards, I called the dealer and asked me about the car job and why it was not disclosed to us when we were buying the vehicle. They said, the repair was done and the car was in good condition and that's all.

I would like to explore my options as if we can cancel the whole deal as the car is still not transferred to my name and reverse the payment made out to them. I would like to exercise my consumer protection act, would like HelloPeter to advise as how to resolve this issue
