Last Friday heading up Beyers Naude Drive, there were roadworks in the left lane. RAM driver drove up the emergency lane, when he got to the robots at Blueberry Rd, he turned through a red robot ignoring the cars hooting at him that he had dangerously cut-off. I called the tel. no on the vehicle, got through to the operator and asked for her operations manager (Cyril I think she said). After keeping me on hold for a lengthy period, she came back saying she was trying to find him and then kept coming back saying 'please hold'. She didn't give me a gap to ask if I could leave a message nor did she offer to take a message, Being on a cellphone, I eventually gave up after 12 minutes! I decided that the next best step would be to leave a moment on their website, unfortunately there are no email addresses on their website or anywhere to leave a message!
