Claim still not settled after 2 months

I paid for and couriered a parcel overnight from CPT to Mthatha on th 29th April 2013. The parcel only got to its destination on the 02 May 2013-extremely late. Having paid overnight courier rates, I called the company and they advised they would refund me within 6 weeks. 2 months later and still no feedback. They have actually resorted to ignoring my emails.
