One week after service and no joy

I took my car in to VW Constantia on 3rd July (last week) for a service. After the service I could smell oil from inside my car and thought it was because of the oil change and may have spilt causing the smell and with a little bit of driving would fade away, which it didn't, so I took the car back in on the 8th and when they checked, they noticed an oil leak from the gearbox and was advised to leave the car there so they could check. on the 9th I was told that they cleaned up the leaked oil and could not find any leaks present so I went in and fetched the car again. on the 10th I noticed the smell was still present and also the car started making a grinding noise plus the airbag light which was resolved during the service appeared again. Now im sitting with this car one week after the service with unresolved problems, so I take it back again early morning today the 11th and advised to take it to Mccarthy Westgate as they handle gearboxes and after calling there only told that I can book from the 19th or alternatively try the Menlyn branch. VW have seriously let me down and are proving to be very inconvenient/inefficient and not taking responsibility! Unhappy customer!
