Rip off

My car could not get into gear when the when engine was on but the gears were fine when it was off which show the clutch plate and the gearbox was fine so I took it to the dealer for repairs the could not help the day I took it in they only gave me a quote over the phone she said total cost would be R918 I even asked her R900 she said yes then I gave her the go ahead when I went to collect my car I found a bill of R9186 and she told me I had given her the go ahead on the phone and told me they had replaced the plates and cylinder I
asked where these parts were she said on the car. On the car there was no parts which proved what I suspected they were billing for work they did not do. I will never use this dealership ever again.
