Pathetic Service and Unpaid Holding Deposit

I rented the car on Friday 05th July from Rosebank branch and I had to pick it up at 12:30. I got there on time but I waited for almost 2 hours before I can be assisted and there were only 2 people in front of me. The gentleman who was assisting us was so useless and incompetent; he could not even operate the computer. It is rather disgusting for the company to take customers for a ride by employing someone like that. Due to his incompetency, I didn't even make it to my meetings therefore losing business. To add the nail into the coffin, I returned the car on Monday 08 July and up until now I have not received my holding deposit of over R9000, thus adversely affecting my debit orders that return unpaid on Tuesday due to lack of enough funds in my account. I have not even received the bill and dont know how much will be deducted. This is the worst service I have ever experienced with the car hire company. No one can never experience such pathetic service at your competitors.
