My wife's car starter has been experiencing some problems over the last few months. I gave Sean a call Friday and mentioned it to him. He told me to bring it in around 8ish and he would have a look at it. On Saturday, I brought it in, at about 8am. I notice this was quite hectic time as people were bringing their car in for servicing. I introduced myself to Sean and mentioned the problem. He asked me to give him a moment. I saw that he was busy and I expect to wait for quite a while as there were a few cars coming in. To my surprise, 5 minutes later, he came and assisted me. He did an investigation of the problem and gave me some advice. He then mentioned that he had a technical report on the problem and that he would show it to me. What I really appreciated was the effort that he made especially during such a busy period. He also then proceeded to give me advice on the servicing of my car.

I really was taken aback by the brilliant customer service, integrity and humility that Sean displayed. It is truly rare to find someone of this calibre nowdays.
