Brilliant Customer Care from Service Section

I would really like to commend the Toyota Durban North branch for the awesome customer service I received yesterday morning. I came to the Durban North Dealership as a result of a terrible noise and rattle in my Yaris. Having been to Thekwini Toyota, Glenwood and being told that they were fully booked and couldn't help, and were so rude, I was extremely impressed by the warm response I received when I got to the service reception. I was told that they were fully booked and very busy, but they still offered to have a look at my car to see if they could see what the problem was. Sean deserves a medal! He came with me to the car, and then took it into the workshop are to have a look underneath, only to discover a stone wedged between the engine mounting. He was extremely helpful and friendly, and although it was obvious that they were very busy with lots of cars to be serviced, nothing seemed liked too much effort. I really appreciate the care and assistance. This is my second positive experience with the branch, I certainly will return.
