APPROVED GARAGE have the following business practice:

They will and sell your vehicle without permission or legal right and without intending to notify you of such process AND WITHOUT QUOTING ON UR VEHICLE OR RETURNING OR RESPONDING TO MESSAGES!!!

I left my car there to be quoted on and pending a third party claim, my vehicle was sold without notice and i never received a quote from panel beater to supply to insurance which delayed the process of the claim

when i called to ask why taking so long, i was told that the vehicle has been sold to recover costs

when i ask why i was not notified, they replied that by law they can wait three months and sell to recover costs (WITHOUT NOTIFYING THE CUSTOMER)

when i asked why i never received a quote for the job, they just responded with the same garbage and agreed that they never gave me a quote and did not have to either

i told them i will be opening a case of and against them and they responded by saying we have moved shop, so go ahead!!!

ANY ADVISE PLEASE ON WHAT TO DO???
