Total South Africa
My account debited 3 times a month ago

On 4th June 2013 went to Total garage in Meredale and poured fuel to the amount of R790.95, and 3 days later i noticed that my account was debited 3 times (790, 95 X 3) and i went to teh Total garage and i was told to contact their head office. i did and i was told the problem is with the bank... and i a month later i am still without my money and no bank is helping me and Total is not giving me the money back.
now i do not know how else to resolve this... i want my money back, where do i get it from when teh people who took it cannot repay it back...
