Total Wonderboom ALWAYS Dissapoints!!!

I am a local resident in Wonderboom South and quite frequently HAVE to make use of Wonderboom South Total Garage (cnr of Voortrekker Road and De Beer Street). I regret to say I no longer visit this garage and rather drive to Total in Hertzog Street where I get serviced like a appreciated customer!

EVERY-TIME (I'm not exaggerating!!) I make use of they're express store or simply filling up fuel I am extremely disappointed in the service there!!!

Every time I am * with my change and have to point it out to the incompetent cashiers! They talk on their cellphones while servicing customers! The manager is simply never around especially in the evenings so your complaints should always be left unheard off!

I have had NUMEROUS arguments with the cashiers after they always hand over the wrong change, always the same cashier - a large african fellow...

I have been back there every now and again as it's the closest filling station to home, but i always leave disappointed!!! I only make use of Total and spend around R4000 ONLY on fuel per month, this now goes to a different garage... CAN SOMEONE PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS TERRIBLE SERVICE???
