Kia delivers no service

After my vehicles first service, my windo washer did not work, this was in february. 1 month later I take it back after they promised they will call for repairs. They never calles, I went to them, they now say They will order it but never did, again a month later I go see them, this time they say they must do a quote, I say you cant quote, vehicle is under gaurentee with a extendended motor plan, receptionist said they will call me in 5 minutes. NOW TWO months later no one called me. I live in hoedspruit, this is 200 km far from nelspruit. I want kia now to fix my vehicle in hoedspruit or they must cover all my cost for travelling up and down to them.
