Have no idea what they are doing

I left my vehicle at SAC in early February 2013 the cambelt had snapped they checked the vehicle and quoted me R18160 and there was no damage to the head. I then accepted the quote and instructed them to go ahead with the job. This was the Durban branch and the person I was dealing with was Justin. Two months my vehicle was there all I heard was continous excuses of they cannot get this part or that even blamed Chery for not supplying correct parts, after two months of excuses they call me end of March tell me my vehicle will be ready today they need payment in order to deliver my vehicle to me and that I need to do an EFT of R19100 a thousand rands more than the quote I agreed upon, I didnt complain as I just wanted my vehicle, I did the payment emailed proof to them and after that never heard from them I then made numerous calls just to be told the guy I was dealing with is not at work, and my vehicle is not ready they need another part. A week later they call me this guy again is not at work but my vehicle is started and the idle is rough it needs to go to the agents to set cam timing and that will cost me R1800 And this being after me paying them. This is absolute rubbish.
