So i went to Cape town for a I.T installation today, And booked a car for 4 hours, Cool all set and done 13:00 got the car (Paying R1690 for a deposit on a entry level car) and on my way to the client that is situated in Parow, (nothing more then 20KM's. My form says 200km a day allowed, so i did about 80km max), i dropped of the car at 16:30 and a guy came to do a inspection around the car etc and said shap shap im good to go so i left as my plane was about to leave, Then as soon as i landed at Lanseria i got i msg saying a claim has been generated for Los/Damage to "My Booking number".
For sakes what do you guys want from me, You just said the car is hundreds and now i get SMS's? I phoned the Customer service number and they say they can see there is a claim but they did not add any details? So is going on? I will be in and out of Capetown every week so you guys are about to lose me, I mean check the complaints on this site, You guys have 335 in 365 das, Thats a estimate of almost one complaint a day and you are a Well known company???
Well Im waiting if tno response within the next 3 days, Guess who will be at carte blanche next week???
