My VW Polo had to go for a 45000 km service at VW Centurion. I did not look forward to the experience because on return in the afternoon one hit all the bad traffic. (I stay at Hartebeespoortdam).

When I met Karin I could see she is professional, friendly and helpfull. I stated what I want them to check for extra things and stated that I need my vehicle at 15:00.

In the early morning I was called wrt the Aircon problem and news on the door rubber.

Just after 13:00 I was called again to state that my vehicle was finished with its service, it will still go for a test drive, a wash and it will be ready at 15:00 as discussed.

I thought that I want to see, so just before 15:00 I arrived at VW Centurion.

I was swiftly assisted by Karin, told what was done during the service, which after I paid. I was then collected to receive my vehicle by Karin.

For the first time since I service both our Polo's at VW Centurion I received my car on the arranged time. Excellent Karin, I was very impressed.

When I drove away I could feel it was serviced, washed and vacuum. Nice a car to be proud of.

I want VW to thank Karin for her professional friendly service she rendered me.
