A client of Avis Ayesha Sinan who also workes for Avis bumbed my car on the 17/05/2013, She took all the responsibility as she admitted that it was her fault. Avis has an inhouse insurance and i was dealing with their consultant by the name of Katlego Jonas Malemela (011 552 9414. Since from may till this day they have been sending me from pillar to post, i later forwarded the matter to his manager Janick Beukers, that's when i received feedback from Katlego and a confirmation that the matter has been finalised, signed the documents and confirmed with katlego that payment will reflect in my account within two weeks that was on the 20/06/2013, i have kept the emails of our communication as to all the struggle i went through, i also have the recordings of every call i have made to him as i was the only one who was constantly calling him. I have suffered for almost two months now without a car, having to wake up in the early hours of the morning in other for me to take a bus to get to work, having to pay an extra cost of the after care for my kids, as i get home late from work. They are Inconviniencing my needs.
